We built Task Aux because field-service teams deserve better software.
Most CRMs were designed for SaaS sales teams selling subscriptions. The reality of a field-service business — quoting, scheduling, dispatching crews, sending invoices, handling payments — gets wedged in awkwardly, with three or four other tools bolted on to fill the gaps.
We talked to a lot of crews who were doing exactly that: a CRM tab open in one window, a scheduling app in another, a billing tool in a third, and a group text holding it all together. Information fell through the cracks. Quotes never became invoices. Jobs ran late because dispatch didn't know a tech was already on another call.
Task Aux is one tool for all of it. Pipeline, dispatch, mobile, quotes, invoicing, payments — designed together, not bolted together. Built to be set up in minutes, not by a consultant in three months.
We're a small team. We use the product ourselves. If you have feedback, we want to hear it — every owner has our direct email and we read every message.
