Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Task Aux, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Account responsibilities

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, transmit harmful content, or interfere with the service or other users.

4. Billing & cancellation

Paid plans begin after a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Data ownership

You retain all rights to data you upload to Task Aux. We process it on your behalf to provide the service.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Task Aux is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; we'll notify you of material changes via email or in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
